4) Snacks/Meals: The show is approximately 1 hour long, please ensure that your student eats a hearty meal before the recital to maintain their energy levels throughout the performance.

6) Pick-Up Procedure: Students will be ready for pick up from the cafeteria/holding room after the show. To ensure an orderly and quick dismissal, please have only one parent/guardian line up to pick up your dancer.
WEEK OF 5/4: Dress Rehearsal (in studio) Week + Ticket Sales Begin
For the dress rehearsal, we kindly request that your child arrives to class next week dressed in their costume, hair in a low bun. However, they do not need to wear makeup or the costume tights at this time. Instead, we recommend they wear a different pair of tights to ensure the durability of the recital tights. This precaution will help prevent any unexpected rips or tears before the actual show.
It's crucial for all participating students to attend this rehearsal as we will run through & discuss what to expect the day of the show. Please note that parents will not be present during the rehearsal. It's through these rehearsals that our dancers gain confidence and readiness for their performance.
Ticket Sales
We are excited to announce that tickets for general admission will be on sale at the studio starting Monday 5/5. Each ticket will be $17. All people coming to the show (with the exception of lap children - aged under 3) will need a ticket.
Here's how it will work:
Limit of 4 Tickets per Family: To ensure all families can secure tickets, there will be a limit of 4 tickets per family.
Waitlist for Extra Tickets: If you would like more tickets, there will be a waitlist available. Any extra tickets beyond the initial 4 per family will be sold from a waitlist. These will be subject to availability. Please let the front desk know if you are interested in purchasing extra tickets and we will add you to our waitlist.
Week of 4/28: Take home/sign out costumes
This week we will be giving out costumes to students. Please come into the studio & sign the costume out for your child. Once home, keep the costumes in a safe place. We ask that the only time your child wears their costume is during dress rehearsal week and the show
March Update: Costumes have been ordered & started coming in! We will be emailing each class to let them know when costumes will be tried on in class. Costumes will be distributed & signed out by parents at a later date
